I used to identify myself as this and that.
So when I am changing,
I get confused and lost.

I am exploring the dimensions of myself.
Thus, my past self, present self and

Write Through Your Emotions
We can’t express everything that's happening to us,
but it's magical how we can translate bits of it into words.
I've learned to write through my emotions.
I write to myself.
And it has become a breather.

At first, it feels like just a cloud-filled chain of thoughts.
But with time, it makes sense.
It matters.
It matters.
You get to evaluate your phases, confirm your emotions, and
understand yourself more.

We always doubt ourselves about the way we are feeling.
But what you are experiencing is valid.
So acknowledge your situation and dive into your emotions.
I allow myself to hit rock bottom.
Because when you're hurting, pain takes over.
It rises and digs deeper into you.
And, normally, you isolate yourself during this state.
You create a wall because, in actuality, it feels bigger than you.
It is too much to handle.
At its height, only you can figure out what’s happening to you.
So letting it fill me makes me understand myself, what I’m feeling.
Then, whenever you're ready,
you pick yourself up and open your doors.

But it’s gradual and reoccurring.
Strong negative emotions strike inside you in an instant.
And it doesn’t slip away.
It bursts into different ways you can never imagine.
It takes time to stabilize.
So don't force yourself and have the time you need.

there will always be judgments.
And that's something uncontrollable. But opinions don't define you.
How well you know yourself is what matters.
Nobody needs anyone's validation or meets anyone's expectations.

As long as you are true and not stepping on anyone.
Just keep going back to your core and continue embracing yourself.

Life isn't just a happy ride. There will always be rough roads. But “life goes on”. Sharing my experience of how I keep going, what helps me heal and recover during tough times in life.

Sometimes the social world becomes toxic; it can be overwhelming.
And you may feel the need to keep up with that.
Which has a negative effect and impact. So take a break for a while.
Turn pain into something to gain. Do things that comfort you.
Whether it be old or new, likes, interests, and discoveries.
Have a stronger relationship with Him. Feel His presence more.
Talk to Him. We just need to surrender.

When you are in pain, everything feels heavy.
It stabs you and it hurts like ever.
But know that what you're feeling is valid.
So just breathe and live in the moment.
