*Focus more on yourself*
Accept your situation and acknowledge yourself. 

*Social Detox*
Sometimes the social world becomes toxic; it can be overwhelming.
And you may feel the need to keep up with that. 
Which has a negative effect and impact. So take a break for a while. 

Turn pain into something to gain. Do things that comfort you.
Whether it be old or new, likes, interests, and discoveries.

Have a stronger relationship with Him. Feel His presence more.
Talk to Him. We just need to surrender. 

*Live in the moment*
When you are in pain, everything feels heavy.
It stabs you and it hurts like ever. 
But know that what you're feeling is valid.
So just breathe and live in the moment.
