Sacred Soul

Our soul is our sole possession, and
it has to be protected.

The goal is to establish a connection
with the soul.

commitment and nourishment.

Oneness with your soul, balance and
blankets you from the inside out.

Reflect, Release and Restore

Realize what matters to you.

Figure out what fits your soul
at the moment.

Honor yourself.

Letting go is part of continuing.

It is a heartbreaking phase,
that needs to be faced.

Accept the end of chapters and
allow space for stories that await.

*Restore*

Seek, redeem, and balance yourself.

Appreciate you as you are and
make peace with yourself.
Replenish your energy
until it overflows and
is ready to be shared.

Healing Is Ongoing

Healing is a journey with twists and turns.

It implies you have won the fight, but you’re on the next battlefield.

You thought you understood, but you are still unwell.

It makes you assume you’re getting there, but guess not yet.

Hurting while healing?

Healing is refining, that includes struggles and

sacrifices that may lead to another scar.

A scar needed to be felt.

But it faded with time, and “Your pain is a part of your puzzle.”

Everything takes time. Trust yourself and keep on trying.

"Be patient with yourself.
There’s no greater investment."

You are your own best friend.

Becoming Myself

I used to identify myself as this and that.

So when I am changing,
I get confused and lost.

But I am rediscovering myself every time.

I am exploring the dimensions of myself.

Thus, my past self, present self and
the becoming of me are different.

I am a work in progress.

I will hate myself countless times.

But I will always accept myself.

I am in charge of myself.

And I will always choose to embrace
who I am becoming.

Write Through Your Emotions

We can’t express everything that's happening to us,

but it's magical how we can translate bits of it into words.

I've learned to write through my emotions.

I write to myself.
And it has become a breather.

At first, it feels like just a cloud-filled chain of thoughts.

But with time, it makes sense.
It matters.

You get to evaluate your phases, confirm your emotions, and

understand yourself more.

I allow myself to hit rock bottom.

Because when you're hurting, pain takes over.

It rises and digs deeper into you.

And, normally, you isolate yourself during this state.

You create a wall because, in actuality, it feels bigger than you.

It is too much to handle.

At its height, only you can figure out what’s happening to you.

So letting it fill me makes me understand myself, what I’m feeling.

Then, whenever you're ready,
you pick yourself up and open your doors.

But it’s gradual and reoccurring.

Strong negative emotions strike inside you in an instant.

And it doesn’t slip away.

It bursts into different ways you can never imagine.

It takes time to stabilize.

So don't force yourself and have the time you need.

What Matters?

As you mature and go through everyday life, your perspective widens.

And what matters to you differs depending on your life's season.

What you are experiencing each time is different.

There are so many times we'll question ourselves
about what's happening.

In reality, everything just changes every time.
And change is inevitable.

Likewise, we are ever-changing and ever-growing.

We are sailing along the waves.

But we are in control of what we define as important to us.

"What matters to you defines
your mattering."

Never Alone

You are never alone. Because you have Him.

"The LORD is my shepherd;
I have all that I need."

He is watching over you.

And rejoice in your prosperity and
feel your sorrow.

He stays and never leaves you.

Just waiting for you to seek Him
every time.

"No one will stand against you
as long as you live.
For I will be with you...
I will not fail you or abandon you."

He is the strength surrounding you.

A powerful force that holds you
all together.

The reason behind everything.

"Don’t be afraid, for I am with you.
Don’t be discouraged,
for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you.
I will hold you up
with my victorious right hand."

He is with you.

"And be sure of this:
I am with you always,
even to the end of age."
