Satisfactory DESIGN: Their collection has a cohesive design that makes it easy to mix and match. The artisan's unique style is evident and surely not something you'll commonly find elsewhere. To mention, the earrings I received had different wire thicknesses, something to note when ordering. I have narrow earlobe piercings, so I used the thin wire and switched out the charms. Therefore, I highly suggest that you get their charms if they're available because you can use them in various ways.

~It would be helpful if they provided more detailed material information for buyers' convenience and reference.

Satisfactory QUALITY: The quality of the earrings is excellent. They are skillfully made to last.

Satisfactory PACKAGING: The packaging for the product was satisfactory - Black Box with Ribbon.

~It would be better to have personalized packaging and separate storage for each set. This feedback is based on receiving a promotional package, so the packaging for regular sales purchases might differ.

~Adding an extra layer of protection for the box or product before putting it in the mailer pouch would be better. But to mention, my package arrived undamaged. This suggestion is just a precautionary measure.
